Wow, that is soo cool! Yes, I've been brainstorming, knowing I need a hobby for distraction these days.

Hoping to get back into growing herbs and drying for teas.

This article is great. You are one cool chick.

Thank you! If you have time, beekeeping is rather fun! Sometimes rewarding, sometimes frustrating, but always fascinating. I was terrified of bees even as I purchased my first hive, but it's gotten easier to work with them over the years. Now I rarely get stung! And there is NOTHING like the intoxicating smell of the inside of a beehive - if only I could bottle that or make my products smell so heavenly.

Have you tried growing mint for tea? I find tha it's easy and hard to kill although make sure to pot it in a container as it spreads easily. I sometimes grow some other herbs for tea, but almost always grow mint. Hope you find time to grow some of your own herbs and share about it on your podcast❣️

That looks fun! Thanks for the movement snack. And I'm going to try that homemade mask too. Dryness has been plaguing this perimenopausal face. Just can't get enough moisture. Any helpful hints for moisture is appreciated!

Let me know how the movement snacks goes. And the mask too!

I find using a face oil over my moisturizer in the evening to be helpful with dryness. And on a day that I'm not in meetings (i.e. need to look professional), then I'm likely to skip makeup altogether and coat my face and neck. Jojoba, grape seed oil and camellia seed oil (not tea tree oil) are some of my favorites to use, but even olive oil can work in a pinch if that is all you have. Olive oil is on the heavier side so a little can go a long ways. I'd be happy to send you a sample of the Phosis face oil that I use which includes the above listed oils and a few more but no fragrance or essential oils. Send me a DM if you'd like to know more. : )
