Like Nancy, below, I prefer slow everything, too. But my husband is Mr Top Speed! I don't like rushing, it makes me anxious. I just had a wonderful facial with some new Korean skincare products and it took ages and I loved every minute!

Is that a challenge being married to Mr. Top Speed? Clearly the rushing makes me anxious as well, but not during a facial. I'd love to hear about the new Korean products you tried - did you love them?

The facial was great, but I don’t know the names of the products, she told me but I’ve forgotten and she won’t have them for sale until next week, so I’ll get some then. And let you know.

Being married to Mr Too Speed is stressful sometimes, but we’ve been married for 36 years so the pros definitely outweigh the cons! We both admire each other’s qualities. And he’s been amazing since I got sick three years ago. My rock.

Congrats on 36 years of marriage! 🎊

Do keep me posted on the products if you remember; I always love hearing about new products from women who have tried them and can vouch for their efficacy. ✨

I prefer slow everything. Slow grocery shopping especially. If I have to rush I can barely tolerate it. Rushing zaps joy out of everything for me and leads pretty quickly to dissociation. I'm such a baby. Oh well. ☺️

Slow grocery shopping? I need to remember that the next time I am trying to dart in and out as fast as humanly possible! Which of course zaps my energy and contributes to feeling frazzled. Point noted, and thank you! 😍
