Honestly, I am not sure if it matters when you take it, but I would try it both ways and see what you notice. I know how in tune you are with your body!

I was okay. Grief has its own timetable and deep grief like an early death takes its toll on the body.
Grief really does have it's own timetable; I am finding that out as well.
