You are brave, always have been!! Have a great adventure.

How about skin care for ancient ones who won’t get “plastic” work? 💖

Bonnie - let's talk! Please stop by the next time you are out for a walk; I have some things you can do for your skin to support it. Thank you for being a stunning role model for not getting "plastic" work; you have always looked radiant for as long as I've known you 💖😘

Thank you for your kind words! I have truly enjoyed getting back on the bike again; and am grateful to have a trainer that I can ride indoors when the weather is not cooperating! ❤️

Oh my gosh! Inspiring! Maybe I should do something that terrifies and excites for my 50th. I've got a couple years to think on this.

Plenty of time to come up with something that terrifies but is also hopefully transformational! 🦋 🎂🥰

Ok so what skincare will you be taking with you? I always struggle to determine whether I take the good stuff with me.

Good question! I am definitely taking a mineral based sunblock (I'm testing several brands during my long weekend rides) as well as a gently oil-based cleanser to clean off the dirt, sweat (and possibly tears) of each day. And a ceramide enriched moisturizer to boost my skin's barrier strength. I'm leaving all my serums and active botanicals at home and keeping it simple!

You are truly inspirational! I try not to push myself into scary places these days as I'm pretty much baby-ing my nervous system and adrenals back to health, but this totally got me thinking of my own adventures.

I love that you are pushing yourself into an adventure and getting ready for it means, it's already begun!

Adventure is out there! And they don't all have to be big and scary. Even the local hikes you take are adventures. There is no way I would have booked this trip a few years back when my adrenals and nervous system were a wreck. It pays to baby those, and baby them for as long as it takes. ❤️

Adventure is out there! And it doesn't have to be scary. Starting a garden from scratch is an adventure of it's own, as well as the hikes you take locally. But if you have more ideas of adventures to talk through, you know where to find me ❤️

You look fab! Susan, here's a tip for women who've had difficult childbirths: important to know about the specialty Urongyn --this is a urologist who specializes in women's issues, particularly the one I mention. Nobody tells us this!

I agree there is so much nobody tells us! Thank you for mentioning the Urogyn; it's crucial for any woman out there to see one of these specialists if they are having problems that perhaps an ob/gyn does not have experience in treating. Leaking while you laugh or hop is not considered normal. I hope you were able to find relief!
